What's new, Sappies? 

Like I let you guys know in my last blog, this year I'll be working with Sabi and Rose. Unlike last year, we only have one big project for A Level, and it's another final task. The difference this time is that it won't just be an opening sequence, but instead an entire short film. Now since I've been gone and enjoying my time away from school, I haven't forgot about film. What kind of creative director would I be if I did that? So, I've refined some skills, began filming with a professional camera and learned to edit better. I mean better- not professionally, but we'll get there eventually. Now having some experience in creating short films, I'm very excited to be doing this project with people who I know will try and give it their all. I've made a few films with Sabi and her sister and I know Roselyn will fit right in. ;) While we still don't really know what kind of film we're making, we're leaning a bit towards thriller. (It's mostly because I already have a few short films already written that are thriller.) But, I wouldn't mind changing the genre in the future if it comes to that. I'll film, direct, act in, and edit quite literally anything. I love it. Like, a lot. My group and I are going to have so much fun filming this and putting it all together for you guys. In a few months the final product will be here! I hope you guys are excited as I am. You should be. So, this year it's going to be way different...trust me, you're not prepared for this Oscar-nominee AND winning piece.
